Autumn and winter are often the busiest times of year for most people. And, with Christmas creeping up quickly this only adds to the pressure which leaves most of my clients feeling overwhelmed and disorganised - this is where I come in to relieve a lot of that strain. This is a process which is particularly important during the autumn and winter seasons as we’re all likely to be spending more time in our homes.
Our lives are increasingly busy with work, school runs, hobbies, and social events. To add to that, at some point you will experience changes in circumstances to your environment. You may have had a new addition to the family, children left home, moved in with a partner, or, sadly, lost a family member?
