Worcestershire energy storage specialists, Rock Clean Energy, is inviting local manufacturers to attend its free seminar ‘Battery Storage for Business’, held in partnership with the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, in April

Taking place at Worcestershire’s County Cricket Ground on Thursday April 19, the Rock Clean Energy led seminar will provide local firms with the opportunity to understand the cost-saving benefits of battery storage - with a particular focus on how larger energy users can protect their business against unexpected power failures, whilst generating additional revenue.

Founded in 2017, Rock Clean Energy is the sister firm of Worcester based Independent Connections Provider, Rock Power Connections. As specialist High Voltage [HV] electrical engineers, the Rock Team already have the experience and capability to install batteries on primary substations.

Directors Kev, Matt and Reece decided this was the perfect time to create this new venture, offering an exciting growth market with a natural synergy to the core business. With the creation of has come new Director, Chris Roberts, a pioneer in the UK’s energy storage and renewable energy industry.

On discussing the benefits of battery storage for large energy users, and the forthcoming business seminar, Chris said: “The Battery Storage for Business Seminar provides the opportunity for local businesses to understand the cost-saving benefits of installing their very own battery storage solution – not only reducing electricity bills, but providing a back-up supply in the event of a power failure, ensuring that production and operations are not affected.”

The event is supported by the local Chamber of Commerce to help Businesses understand the benefits of battery storage – where Rock Clean Energy have a proven track record in financing, supplying, installing and maintaining battery storage solutions for firms across the West Midlands region.
