The Bespoke Care Company is a family owned and run business with many years experience in the care sector. The company specialises in the introduction of live in staff who provide people with care and companionship enabling them to maintain independence and remain in the security and comfort of their own home.
The Bespoke Care Company offer services for individuals requiring live in care over a long period or for the short term, such as during recovery from an illness or an operation. They also accommodate clients requiring respite care to allow a family member or permanent carer some time off or additional support.
Directors, Susan Glover, a trained nurse, and her daughter Lindsey Nathan, are fully involved in the day to day running of the business and are dedicated to providing a personal, hands on service to their clients. They meet with each client in their home to discuss and establish their specific needs and the type of services available to them before selecting and introducing a suitably matched carer.
All the staff that are registered with and introduced by The Bespoke Care Company have undergone a face to face interview with Susan, Director and Registered Manager, which includes an induction into their role. All staff have received successful references and a satisfactory police check, including a protection of vulnerable adults check. As part of their ongoing role The Bespoke Care Company always aim to provide consistency and continuity in the staff they introduce into the homes of their clients.
The company is based in Tunbridge Wells Kent and provide live in services in Kent and Sussex.
