The vantage point from the wooded hill called Whalley Nab gives you an impressive panorama of the surrounding area including Pendle Hill.
Whalley is famous for its two notable pieces of architecture above all else, the 14th-century Cistercian abbey is a popular visitor location, and the listed viaduct known locally as ‘Whalley Arches’, spans over 600 metres and was built in the mid 19th century.
