The selection shows just what a talented bunch Cheshire Life readers are, and what marvellously varied scenery we are blessed with all over the county - in our pretty villages and beautiful countryside.

The judging panel will led by Cheshire Life picture editor John Cocks, photographer Kirsty Thompson and deputy editor Paul Mackenzie, and the winners will receive a New Canon EOS 600D and EF-S 18-55 IS lens worth �750, a Canon Powershot S95 worth �300, and a new Canon Powershot SX220 HS worth �250.
How to enter
The Cheshire Life competition is only open to non-professionals and entries must be uploaded to our website, cheshire.greatbritishlife.co.uk by Friday October 7.

You will be asked to register, which is free and also allows you to comment on articles and photographs on the site, to enter competitions and to take advantage of special offers.Once you’ve signed up you’ll be able to add your photos to the hundreds already online.
