Send in your entry for the Cheshire Life photography competition in association with Wilkinson Cameras
Photography has never been so popular. Technology has put taking great pictures within the reach of most of us. Here in Cheshire we have a winning combination of new technology and wonderful scenery which makes our annual hunt for the county’s best amateur photographer a real treat. Whatever they are using, be it a tablet, phone or even a camera, Cheshire Life readers have taken some great pictures for this year’s contest.
You have until September 19th to get your entry in and our judges will be choosing three who will win brilliant prizes from our competition sponsors Wilkinson’s Cameras. The winner will receive a Canon EOS 100D and EF-S 18-55 IS STM worth £479.99, second prize is a Canon Powershot S120 worth £399.99 and the third place prize is a Canon Powershot SX 510 worth £219.99 (all prices correct as of March 2014).
The competition is not open to professional photographers. Photos must be taken in Cheshire, North Wales or Manchester city centre. Don’t forget: it’s not only about landscapes. We do like to see people and animals in pictures too.
