Crafts for Christmas, Bodmin

Playing host to the town’s Christmas market is Bodmin Shire Hall; with a selection of jewellery, paintings, textiles and much more, all of which are produced locally, are available to peruse. Or perhaps pop downstairs to the award-winning Visitors Centre where you can discover plenty of other gifts perfect for stocking fillers. So wrap up warm and head down to Shire Hall for high festive spirits between Monday 14th November and Friday 23rd December.

Create Christmas craft fair, Newquay

At Bedruthan’s hotel and spa, on Saturday 26th November (10am-5pm) and Sunday 27th November (10am-4pm) there will be three floors filled with Christmas cheer; with live demonstrations and over 50 stalls of wood, textiles and much more. Father Christmas will also be making an appearance with his little helpers ready to ask children what they hope to get this Christmas.

Made in Cornwall Christmas fair, Truro

For items crafted locally in Cornwall, head to Truro’s Christmas market, where you can find personal presents for your loved ones this winter. Open from Wednesday 30th November until Sunday 4th December, from 10am everyday apart from the Sunday where it opens at 10:30. This is truly a place where you are spoilt for choice with 100 artisan traders proudly displaying their goods. So head to the Piazza this festive season to pick up some great gifts and tasty treats.

Christmas festival, Padstow

As you stroll down Padstow harbour this winter between 1st and 4th December, you will be showered with festiveness. With live cooking demonstrations from the likes of Phil Vickery, Nathan Outlaw and many others, live music, fireworks, Santa’s grotto and lots more. Krowji’s Christmas open studios, Redruth

For two days only (3rd and 4th December), with a premier evening on the 2nd, Krowji open studios will be opening its doors to visitors, displaying a range of ceramics, paintings and much more to browse. Head down to Cornwall’s largest creative hub for a delightful Christmas market full of potential gifts and treasures.

Celebrating their 12th year, Fowey’s Christmas market never fails in encouraging plenty of Christmas cheer. In Fowey’s town centre you will find festive marquees with the market offering more festive goodies in Webb Street. This will be held from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th December.

Victorian Market, Truro

The Victorian market is a tradition among Truro locals, every year becoming more popular, last year over 60,000 people gathered to experience this festive event. With over sixty traders and 12 years success, this Deborah Martyn flagship event keeps people coming back!
