Chris Button shares his image of the New Forest and tells us what he loves about Hampshire
Chris Button
“The variety of habitats means that photography in Hampshire can be very rewarding. When you’re in the right place with the very best light, the results can be fantastic; although with the very early starts you certainly have to work for your art!
This image is a favourite of mine from the New Forest; I love the track here which leads the eye. In late summer there is an attractive variety of colour including the lilacs and pinks of heather. This image was taken five minutes after sunrise, when the dawn had spread lovely pastel tones across the sky.”
