TRAVEL 'OSCAR' NOMINATION FOR EDEN PROJECT
The Eden Project in Cornwall is looking for people to vote for them in the annual travel 'Oscars'awards
The Eden Project inCornwallhas been nominated in the Best UK Leisure Attraction category at the 2014 British Travel Awards after winning the award for a record-breaking third time in a row last year.
The prestigious awards, known as the Oscars of the travel industry, are the biggest of their kind and are voted for by the public.
The Eden Project is one of four attractions to be shortlisted by a panel of industry professionals and it is up to the public to decide the winner.
People have until September 30 to vote for the Best UK Leisure Attraction and other categories. All voters will be entered into a draw to win a variety of prizes. To vote, go tobritishtravelawards.com/vote_form.php

The British Travel Awards have been running since 2008 and cover more than 75 categories including destinations, accommodation and customer care. Last year’s awards, in whichEdenwon, were voted for by more than 120,000UKhouseholds.

The other nominees in the Best UK Leisure Attraction category are LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, The Scotch Whiskey Experience and Titanic Belfast.
Cornwallis well represented at the awards, as the Duchy is up for the Best UK Holiday Destination award and Bude has been nominated for the Best UK Coastal Resort.
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony in Battersea Evolution inLondon on November 26.
