Fashion industry experts and the region’s businesses and dignitaries attended the annual University of Central Lancashire fashion show. The event at St Peter’s Art’s Centre in the city centre campus brought together 19 students’ collections, fresh from being showcased at Graduate Fashion Week in London.

This year’s show also celebrated the career of the current Dean of School, Glenda Brindle, who has retired after 35 years of service.

UCLan vice-chancellor, Professor Mike Thomas, said: ‘The Fashion Show represents a high profile snapshot of UCLan’s talent and strength within the fashion arena and embodies all the hallmarks of professionalism you would expect from one of our flagship courses.’
