Guests at a Chester polo match raised thousands for The Prince’s Trust.

A Prince’s Trust Polo Day at Chester Racecourse raised £54,000 to help change young lives in the region. Sponsored by wealth management company Tilney, and Liverpool Gin, the match was attended by over 250 guests who enjoyed gin and tonics at the Liverpool Gin bar and a Laurent-Perrier champagne reception, as well as a three course lunch and afternoon tea. There was also an auction with exclusive prizes and entertainment was provided by the pop band Chocolate Charlie and radio presenter Sarah Powell.

Alan Edwards, Head of Investment Management England at Tilney, said: ‘We are delighted to have worked with The Prince’s Trust and to have sponsored this occasion, especially as all the money raised from it goes directly to help disadvantaged young people in the region.’
