Overlooking beautiful views of Windermere, more than 80 members of the Cumbria Chamber of Commerce attended the summer lunch held at the Laura Ashley Belsfield Hotel in Bowness on Windermere.
Westmorland and Lonsdale Constituency MP, Tim Farron was the guest speaker who offered an insight into his current constituency work as well as an overview and his thoughts on the wider political agenda including the ongoing Brexit negotiations. Guests enjoyed a lovely three course lunch before Derek Armstrong gave an update on the Chamber of Commerce's activities, highlighting future events, funding opportunities and business support and advice which is available through the Growth Hub business support.
