Christmas might be a while away yet but Cheltenham is already gearing up for the festive season with a selection of Narnia-themed afternoon teas this December.

On Saturday December 9, Sunday December 10 and Saturday December 16 Cheltenham Town Hall will be transformed into the magical, winter wonderland depicted in the much loved book series by C.S. Lewis.

Guests will walk through the oak wardrobe to the enchanted forest, be greeted by Mr Tumnus and capture a moment with the White Witch. There will also be a chance to explore the kingdom of Narnia, with little ones receiving an interactive map, before settling down to watch a ballet performance with a delicious afternoon tea.

Father Christmas will also be in attendance to give everyone an early Christmas present too!

The Narnia-themed afternoon teas will take place at Cheltenham Town Hall on December 9, 10 and 16. The afternoon tea is sold out on December 16. Father Christmas will be in attendance at each event but will be without his grotto on December 10. Tickets cost £19.50 and can be bought directly through the Hype Agency on 0117 9710320 or via email info@hypeagency.co.uk.
