A spot of delicious afternoon tea can be taken in the Samlesbury Hall restaurant. Made from seasonal produce, the menu changes weekly, but you can be sure of sandwiches (with the crusts cut off of course), a mini cup of soup and a savoury quiche, alongside homemade puddings on the top tier - always with a scone with jam and clotted cream.

Booths Afternoon Tea

Pop into your nearest Booths store and enjoy a delicious treat for two. Enjoy a pot of tea, egg mayonnaise, tuna mayonnaise and ham sandwiches to start, followed by locally made scones accompanied by miniature Tiptree jam pots, Rodda's Cornish clotted cream and butter.  Rounded off by a selection of cakes from Lathams of Broughton: a slice of lemon cake each, a slice of chocolate cake each and two tray bake squares each - we're stuffed just thinking about it!
