Michael, award winning chef and co-founder of the Festival, charmed, informed and entertained with his anecdotes – and answered many questions from the delighted guests, on vital topics such as fool-proof dessert recipes!
Geoff Bowen of Pebblebed Wines in Topsham also provided a delicious wine tasting accompanied by an enlightening talk.
