More than 190 supporters of the Preston-based charity celebrated the organisation’s 25th anniversary with a Silver Ball at the Barton Grange Hotel. The event raised more than £9,000 for Baby Beat which supports the maternity unit at Sharoe Green. The charity’s aims is to provide support for babies from ‘conception to birth’ and equip the unit with the latest technology.
