Celebrities helped Beechwood Cancer Care celebrate its 25th anniversary at this year’s ladies lunch and fashion show. Held at the Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Knutsford, the Silver Butterflies event raised thousands of pounds and saw 130 guests attend, including Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor and Tricia Penrose.
The ladies enjoyed a three course lunch followed by a fashion show from House of Fraser and exclusive shopping. Fundraising manager for Beechwood, Angela Gray, said: ‘I would like to thank everyone who came including all the lovely celebrities, volunteers and sponsors. Here’s to another 25 years of fantastic services.’
