An English garden was the theme for a recent ladies lunch held at Allerton Manor, Liverpool.

Guests were greeted with a Hugo cocktail before having the chance to pose for photographs in front of a flower wall.

The ladies then enjoyed a three-course lunch served in the new Hay Barn Suite before being able to try on the new Boodles jewellery collections and see a showcase of pieces by Katie Mangan Millinery.

Entertainment was provided by singer Clare Sophia, and head of design at Boodles, Rebecca Hawkins gave a presentation about the brand’s new Poetry of Landscape collection.

A raffle, which included the chance to win a diamond Boodles ‘Love Letter’ pendant, helped to raise £1,600 to Cash for Kids and Incubabies, and £1,600 for St James’ Place foundation.
