The Growing Gloucestershire annual conference held at Oxstalls Campus, University of Gloucestershire, hopes to build on last year’s success and has announce Ben Taylor of Renishaw as Keynote speaker along with a greater choice of seminars.

The varied speaker programme focuses on providing an insight into ways to grow a business, featuring keynote addresses from:

• Ben Taylor, Assistant Chief Executive of Renishaw plc. Ben was appointed to the Board in 1987, Ben is responsible for group marketing, international operations, human resources and group quality.

• Rob Rees MBE, The Cotswold Chef. Rob is a highly skilled chef with over 25 years’ experience of food and cooking around the globe. Described as a ‘true food hero for Great Britain’, Rob was awarded an MBE for ‘Services to the Food Industry’ in 2006.

• Opening and closing addresses will be made by Stephen Marston, Vice Chancellor at the University of Gloucestershire and David Owen, Chief Executive of GFirst. Compare for the day will be John Rockley.

The programme boasts 12 seminars offering a choice between the following four themes: Innovation, Marketing, People and Management.
