Raymond Blanc took the chance to check out his Knutsford brasserie on the occasion of the restaurant’s first birthday.

The Regent Street Brasserie Blanc was awash with fizz and delicious canapés, which included mini versions of the restaurant’s favourites such as cheese soufflé, steak tartare, and burgers as the renowned chef met some of his loyal customers who had been specially invited for the occasion.
