Describe your company and what it does.A legal firm rooted in Cheshire for 25 years which is committed to providing a wide range of legal services to our community with honesty and integrity driving all that we do.
What are your business hopes in 2013?In 2012, we expanded into additional premises and with it cemented our presence in and commitment to the Cheshire community in south Warrington. Our aim is to maintain sensible business planning, offering stability to our staff and clients in these turbulent times.
What plans do you have to develop your business in 2013?Our new premises support our private client and commercial teams, both of whom offer great experience and expertise while maintaining that personal touch that is increasingly absent from many firms. A significant number of our clients comment on the warm atmosphere here at Fiona Bruce. As we develop and grow we work hard to retain that warmth towards the people and community we serve.
What sets your business apart from your competitors?In many respects it is our traditional values that set us apart. We work hard because we are committed to each other and our clients. We work hard because we still see real value in serving those around us. We are committed to the Cheshire community. People matter.
Who are your customers?Our greatest advert is through our loyal customer base. To this day the overwhelming majority of our new work comes through existing clients recommending us to friends, family and colleagues. Our traditional values and desire to serve have always attracted customers concerned to be able to speak with and see a person rather than feel like a number.
