The Directors, Wendy and Richard, along with the Brodie Manning team, offer a complete development package; from initial planning and design guidance through to project completion. We deal with a full range of development schemes, from household to large scale residential and commercial.
Our customers range from house owners wishing to extend and develop their properties to PLC’s involved in large scale development. We also act on behalf of Parish Councils, local community groups and local planning authorities.
Being ‘native’ to the Cotswolds, we have in-depth knowledge of the locality and understand the strong local vernacular.
