The stage was set as the iconic ballroom at the Midland Hotel in Manchester came alive as Bury Cancer Support Centre organised a luxurious masquerade ball to raise funds.

Guests were greeted to the delicate sounds of the violin as they sipped on delicious glasses of bubbly before dining on a sumptuous five course a la carte dinner. 200 guests, each wearing unique masks delighted in the lavish surroundings of the magnificent ballroom. Before taking to the dance floor, guests could take part in a raffle, as well as a live and silent auction with all the proceeds from the evening going to the self-funded centre.

The highly successful evening will help to maintain the support of cancer patients and their families that rely on this centre.
