More than 100 guests celebrated the £250,000 refurbishment of the Best Western Castle Green Hotel in Kendal. They were treated to a champagne reception and a tasting menu of canapés from executive chef Justin Woods, showcasing his passion for local produce.
Musical duo, The Notes, provided entertainment and guests, including the Mayor of Kendal, Tom Clare, enjoyed the newly designed restaurant and bar.
‘We have received wonderful feedback about the new look and want to thank everyone who joined us to celebrate the official reopening.’ said general manager Ben Mayou.
