Glamour was on the menu when models took to the catwalk at Menagerie Manchester to help raise awareness for two fantastic charities.

Afternoon tea was served, alongside glasses of fizz, as Chester-based dress designer Matthew O’Brien showcased his new summer collection at the glitzy event, organised by Sue France, of Sue France Creative Connecting in Cheshire.

With the help of some fabulous raffle prizes - including a £300 voucher to spend at Matthew’s Chester HQ, the event raised more than £400, but its main aim was to highlight the work of two charities, Cry which supports those affected by cardiac arrest in the young and Gift of a Wedding, which gives people with a terminal illness the chance to say ‘I do’ in their own special way.
