The third annual black tie dinner and dance for Chorley Panthers RLFC was held at the Best Western Park Hall Hotel at Charnock Richard.
Attended by 243 guests, club members as well as patrons and sponsors, the evening raised cash for improvements to the club and playing fields. Over £7,100 was raised on the night through a raffle and auction, bringing the total raised over three events to more than £20,000.
Club chairman, Alan Bowers, said: ‘We are delighted - the funds have given us a good foundation to build a new clubhouse.’
