Guests learned about the work of Leeds Community Foundation and The Leeds Fund during a special lunch at the home of Christine Yorath, interior designer and mother of television sports presenter Gabby Logan who is also patron of the fund.
By the end of the financial year The Leeds Fund will have distributed £600,000 in grants to help local community groups and charities tackle key issues including mental health.
‘I was delighted to open my home to host The Leeds Fund Luncheon to raise awareness of this great initiative and encourage more people to give to and get involved with The Leeds Fund,’ said Christine.
