The night begins with a Champagne cocktail and canapés, a choice of a four course dinner or a seven course dinner with wines to match. Finished off with coffee and petit fours in one of our gorgeous candlelit restaurants. Then it’s time to put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away in the Kestrel Suite with live music by The Penguins with fireworks and Champagne at midnight.

This festive season enjoy our specially prepared and locally sourced lunch from crackers through to our Pastry Chef’s lovingly made mince pies you’ll be able to choose from dishes such as locally shot pheasant and chestnut terrine with a fig jam, pan fried saddle of Crewkerne venison with a juniper jus and of course free range Devon turkey with all the trimmings. Christmas pudding with brandy sauce completes the festive picture!
