Hearts and minds met at a networking event hosted by Sue France of Creative Connecting in Cheshire.
Held at Nunsmere Hall, The Sparkly Heart Lunch provided an opportunity for almost 100 women - and a few men - to bring their professional talents to the table as well as raise money for three charities; CRY For Matthew and Brothers in Arms, which work to prevent sudden cardiac death in the young, as well as Gift of A Wedding, which arranges free-of-charge luxury weddings for the terminally ill. Artist Patricia Lee created a bespoke glass sparkly heart that was raffled off alongside a host of other prizes.
Entertainment included singer Amy O'Neill and comedian Gayna Cooper, as well as speakers Christine Ditchfield of 3 Pugs Gin and Cheshire Life Editor Katie Mulloy on the secrets of successful networking.
