Local girl Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has released a new Autumn 13 lingerie collection.

The Plymouth-born model is celebrating the one year anniversary of her collaboration with retail giant Marks & Spencer. Formally a model for Victoria’s Secret, Rosie has developed her designer style from her original lingerie collection.

Rosie says “I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole year since the Rosie for Autograph launch, it’s gone so fast! It’s been a really exciting first year and it’s great to hear that the collection has been popular with customers. I’ve learnt so much about lingerie design and it’s been really rewarding being involved in the process all along the way from my initial thoughts and ideas right through to seeing the collections in store.”

The new collection includes updates on favourite styles, as well as some brand new pieces. Luxury fabrics continue to be used, such as silk and French designed lace.

Rosie explains what we should expect from her new collection “For my one year anniversary collection, I’m loving the new shapes and, as well as including my signature soft colours, I’ve experimented with a darker, richer palette, perfect for the Autumn season. As well as the new pieces, I’ve included shapes that were popular from the launch collection, like the silk kimono, but this time have experimented with different print placements.”

Raised in Tavistock, she started modelling in 2003, and since then has tried her hand at acting as well as designing.

Her first collection with Marks & Spencer was hugely popular, and a special piece to mark the one year anniversary has been created. “we are re-issuing the best selling bra and knicker from the first collection as a limited edition of 300 sets which will be sold exclusively at the flagship M&S store at Marble Arch in London. It’s the beautiful soft green pin-tucked silk and lace bra and Brazilian knicker that I wore in the original ad campaign.”

Bra sizes range from 30-40, with cup-sizes from A to E and selected styles available up to G. Knickers and sleepwear sizes are available from 8 to

20.

The collection is available in store and online at marksandspencer.com, and was released in August.
