Dorset’s biggest conservation charity is offering half price membership for supporters wanting to help wildlife in Dorset for the year ahead

The wildlife charity needs to grow its 27,500 strong network of support even further in 2019 in order to continue carrying out the vital work needed to look after wildlife on its 44 nature reserves and wild places in Dorset.

This offer is valid from 1st - 31st January 2019. A year’s membership will start from £1.75 a month for individual membership, £2.00 a month for joint membership and family membership £2.25 a month. Exclusively for this offer, Dorset Wildlife Trust are giving away a free Wild Birds of Dorset 2019 calendar by renowned wildlife photographer, Paul Williams.

DWT Supporter Development Manager, James Haldane said, “January is the only time of year we are able to offer half price membership, and it’s ideal for those who care about wildlife but aren’t able to spare the time to support us in other ways, such as volunteering. Regular donations received through our members support are one of our only reliable sources of income which enables us to continue our conservation work in Dorset.”

Other benefits to becoming a member of DWT include receiving the Dorset Wildlife Magazine and events guide three times a year, a guide to all DWT nature reserves, a and car sticker. If you purchase a family membership, children will also become part of the Wildlife Watch community and receive a Wildlife Watch handbook, 4 issues of the Wildlife Watch magazine a year, stickers, a badge and an A2 poster.
