In the past year, more than 97% of the luxury builder’s home buyers would recommend the company to their friends and family, according to the independently-verified home building industry’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, carried out by HBF (Home Builders Federation) and the NHBC (National House Building Council). The results of the latest surveys have just been published and demonstrate an extremely high customer satisfaction level that puts Duchy Homes as one of the elite few with the maximum 5 stars.

These results, in addition to the industry’s Consumer Code and the ten-year warranty on all new Duchy homes, combine to give purchasers genuine confidence in the exclusive new homes they can enjoy from Duchy Homes.

The multi-award-winning house builder, now with four divisions across the north of England and the Midlands, is currently building homes in aspirational locations across Yorkshire, including Swanland, Hessle, North Cave, Walkington and North Anston.

Setting the standard for personal service, Duchy Homes has now opened the doors to a shop in Beverley, from where it will take sales for its East Yorkshire homes. The new-concept of a high-street Sales & Marketing Suite was first delivered at the end of last year with a shop in the Northumberland market town of Morpeth, and its innovative approach to selling homes has been so well-received by clients that the format has been rolled-out across its other divisions to deliver a convenient, customer-focused home-buying experience. Roseberry Park is beautifully-positioned on Ferriby Road in Hessle and includes a unique mix of 4 and 5-bedroom homes and 3-bedroom bungalows. The development retains the existing hedgerow, verge and tree line frontage, which is a key characteristic of the neighbourhood.

Cygnet Gardens in Swanland is a prestigious development with just nine executive detached 5-bedroom homes and a platinum specification that includes designer kitchens by Michel Roux Jnr, top of the range AEG appliances, oak veneer doors and staircases, and much more.

Inspired by architecture of grandeur, the Regency-style homes in Swanland include columned door canopies, decorative brickwork and deep statement windows with cast stone casings for impact and stature on arrival. The carefully-considered variety of house types with brick and render combinations provide an exclusive and bespoke-feel to this picturesque village setting.

More prestigious developments are currently under construction at sites in North Cave, Walkington and North Anston with exciting launch events planned for later in the year.
