For the 8th year, a meticulously curated collection of exquisite stalls with exhibitors sourced from all corners of our wonderful region will be nestled within the tranquil gardens of this very special Edwardian Arts and Crafts country house - promising a feast for the senses and the soul.

Sarah Marsh and co-organiser Lorna Vanier, work hard to deliver an exceptional two day event year on year, bringing together a heady mix of specialist garden nurseries, artists, craft makers, food and drink producers, and much much more.

'The festival offers something for everyone" says Lorna "with artisans and artists, gifted growers, home and garden treasures galore - and this year we're thrilled to have the Tamar Historic Transport Club join us with their members classic, vintage, and veteran cars".

"I just love to see the festival come to life" says Sarah, "from the young to the young at heart, faithful 4 legged friends too - the English Country Garden Festival is a chance for visitors to take valuable time away from every day life and enjoy the eclectic fruits of country living and a pleasant pause in our gardens".

75 plus stall holders and exhibitors, combined with the friendliest brigade of staff, volunteers and supporters, are a fine example of good old fashioned community spirit at it's best.

Foodies visiting won't be disappointed with a scrumptious range of lunches, teas, cakes, coffees, and ice-creams available to fuel them as they wander or sit for a moment to gaze at magnificent Dartmoor views from the historic house terrace.
