The Chapterhouse Theatre Company is coming to Ghyll Manor on the afternoon of Sunday 20th July to give an outdoor performance of one of Shakespeare’s most loved plays, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Director Rebecca Gadsby’s interpretation of this classic is perfectly suited to an outdoor setting. With an experienced cast, in full costume and an original music score, the performance transports the audience back to ancient Greece and the marriage preparations of Theseus, Duke of Athens to Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons and all the amusement and intrigue the story entails.

The stunning countryside parkland setting of Ghyll Manor in the village of Rusper will make this a performance to remember. The afternoon performance makes it ideal for all the family.
