The Lancashire branch of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust, led by chairman Nick Mason of Davis and Bowring, held their annual dinner and auction at the beautiful country setting of the Inn at Whitewell.
More than 100 guests enjoyed a delicious game dinner followed an exciting sporting auction run by Wilf Mould, of Silverwoods of Clitheroe. Well over £8,000 was raised towards the work of the GWCT whose aim is to conserve the countryside for generations to come. The evening was sponsored by Savills and Brabners.
