Gladrags at Grafene

Handbags and Gladrags charity lunch organised by Sharon Chantry and Claire Bennison took place at Grafene restaurant in Manchester city centre.

Guests enjoyed a fine dining menu, prepared by head chef Ben Mounsey, music from Coronation Street’s Victoria Ekanoye, and a fashion show by Button Boutique. Sipsmiths offered a gin tasting experience along with the chance to bid in an auction. The afternoon, hosted by Hugh Ferris, raised £15,500 in support of the re-development of the Computed Tomography (CT) department at The Christie Hospital.

All proceeds from the afternoon will go towards a new, state-of-the-art 4D CT scanner that will add an extra layer to imaging, combining CT scans with video X-ray, making interactive procedures possible during the scanning process.
