Hanna has had a very busy month - and she got married too!

When you're reading this, Martin and I will be on our honeymoon! So, I'm going to reveal all the details about our wedding day in next month's column - but how can I not give a brief mention to the happiest day of my life? As I'm sat here writing, I've got a smile from ear to ear and feel truly surrounded by love - so here's a sneak peek.

Martin and I were wed on Saturday 14th September in not one, but two ceremonies. Both taking place in Liverpool, the first was a beautiful church ceremony held in the morning, followed by a Persian ceremony in the afternoon, incorporating both of our families' heritage into our big day.

Everyone keeps asking me what happened in the Persian half of the day. The 'Sofreh Aghd' is an arrangement of symbolic items placed on a low-set table. Items include decorated eggs which represent fertility, candles representing everlasting light and honey for sweetness in the marriage. It was everything we both wanted it to be and so much more.

Our big day will also feature on the new series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire, so we're both so excited to relive the whole day over again and can't wait to watch it back.

Boss Women

In Cheshire, inspirational women certainly aren't in short supply, so what better way to celebrate female empowerment than at my own Boss Women event. The event was held at The Colony HQ in Wilmslow earlier this month and guest speakers were invited along to share their knowledge. These ladies included my fellow cast members and friends Seema and Tanya, and London-based beauty app founder, Venetia Archer. We all spoke openly about being women in business, the challenges we face, how to overcome them - and why women supporting women is key.

It was an honour to be surrounded by such compassionate, strong, independent, kind and respectful women.

My goal was to create an intimate, relaxed environment where everyone felt comfortable to share their stories and wisdom. I feel so passionately about inspiring people from all walks of life to achieve their goals and dreams. Hosting this event meant that four very different women were able to share their journeys with the audience and answer any questions they may have had. The room had such a positive buzz and energy, and it was a great feeling being able to bring together and showcase the true power of women.

Menagerie Manchester

With Seema and her family celebrating three amazing years of their amazing restaurant and bar Menagerie, it was great to support her alongside some of our other cast members when she hosted a White Party event at Menagerie to mark the occasion. I always love spending time at Menagerie as it's such a stunning venue and the food is amazing - and with Seema designing my bridesmaids' dresses, I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd rather have been, supporting her. Tune into ITVBe at 9pm every Monday to find out more about what we've all been getting up to!
