Headway Derby hosted its third annual Black Tie Fundraiser, organised by Chair Debra Morris and Manager Rebecca Manship.
East Midlands businesses showed overwhelming support for the event, which raised £5,500 for the Derby-based charity. Headway Derby has been supporting brain injury survivors and their families across the Derby, South Derbyshire and East Staffordshire region for 25 years. The sell-out event held at the Dave Mackay Suite in Pride Park Stadium included a raffle and charity auction. The funds raised will go to help the development of the services the charity has been piloting since January when it moved to a new centre on Bateman Street - the Brain Injury Hub.
A fourth event has been announced for 2020 on 21st March - headwayderby.org.
