Three Bolton charities will benefit from the funds that were raised
Shopping, entertainment, great food and good company were all themes running through this year’s Spring Fundraising Luncheon, an annual event hosted by Lancashire Ladies Fundraising Group.
The event at Rivington Hall Barn, Bolton, raised £3,500 which will go toward the three Bolton charities supported at the lunch: Fort Alice, The Samaritans and Heartlift.
Entertainment was provided by Guy Porteous, who played piano before and during the lunch, and guest speaker was fitness teacher Irene Estry, who talked about health and fitness and active ageing.
