A beautifully decorated dining room at the West Tower Country House Hotel, near Ormskirk, was the setting for a celebration black tie dinner for many of the clients who have supported Lancashire Life during the last 12 months.
Guests were welcomed by group editor Roger Borrell along with hosts, regional publisher Rhiannon Wragg and advertising sales manager Lindsey Stephens, before enjoying a sumptuous meal prepared by the West Tower team. It included a fillet of Ribble trout with an oyster veloute, stuff chicken from Reg Johnson and a ‘Taste of Lancashire’ assiette of delicious desserts.
Singer Rae Grant entertained guests, who spent an evening of fun at the casino tables with one lucky couple winning a night at Ribby Hall with their own Maserati for the trip.
