A Lancashire-based charity which has developed into a national network helping children who have suffered brain injuries, multiple disabilities and complex health needs staged a special summer fundraising ball.

Supporters from across the region joined the founder of the Legacy Rainbow Trust, Joanne Mawdsley, and hosts Paul and Lisa Maddison and Michele McWha at the Vincent in Southport for a night of fine food, fun and entertainment. The charity is based at a 12-acre site in Mawdesley but offers services to children from across the UK.
