As part of The Blenheim Palace Literary Festival, the beautiful dining room of The Feathers hotel was the setting for a dinner in honour of Nobel Prize-winning Turkish novelist Orhan Pamuk. The menu, devised and overseen by the legendary cookery writer Claudia Roden, brought together dishes from Turkey, North Africa and the Mediterranean.
