It was a feast for the senses at Las Iguanas on Paradise Street, Liverpool One, when 45 guests celebrated the restaurant’s tenth birthday in true Latino style.

They enjoyed a first sneak peek of the newly refurbished restaurant which reopened with guests enjoying a cocktail masterclass with Las Iguanas’s own award-winning artisan Magnifica cachaça.

Guests sampled dishes including Peruvian Smoked Salmon Tiradito, and Brazilian Carne de Sol – slow-cooked salt cured beef top rib. Cha Cha Chorizo and Nachos Navidad were also a favourite, and many guests finished off with a vegan Chocolate Coconut Tart with dairy-free coconut ice cream.

Latino dancers brought even more sparkle to the evening, and guests left warmed and replete.
