Somerset specialists in exercise for fat loss and life design coaching, Imogen Mann and Becky Wright, have teamed up to deliver a new type of course to help you change the way you look and feel forever. This unique six week course starts 6.30pm at Rumwell Hall, Taunton on Thursday 13 September.  NHS Statistics on obesity, physical activity & diet: England 2012 identifies just over a quarter of all adults and nearly a quarter of all children in England were classified as obese in 2010. This indicates an increasing trend and one which is placing increasing burden upon the NHS and society as a whole. It is therefore important that more and more individuals are capable of taking control of their own weight related issues and that they are accordingly furnished with the tools to do so. Long term successful weight management is not solely the product of good diet or good exercise. It is a combination of both. But, in order for it to be a long term achievement it must be set within a settled and resolved emotional environment. By combining their skills, Imogen Mann of Freshtracs Fitness & Wellbeing and Becky Wright of New Leaf Life Design, provide the tools to achieve this goal.  Imogen says, "helping people to achieve their goals is a passion for both of us and we are delighted to be working together to provide individuals with the tools and encouragement that they need to help themselves with their long term solution to weight management issues". Becky adds, "it is important to us that we provide each participant with as much individual guidance as is possible within a group setting.
