Promotional feature: Over the weekend of Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February, Whole Foods Market Cheltenham will be celebrating the best of local Cotswold and West Country food, drink and beauty in a free two day festival.
The store, based on the Tewkesbury Road, will present a host of its local suppliers in a farmer’s style market, celebrating Valentines and the love of local food. The event will be packed with tasty offerings from local food producers within a 50 mile radius of the store, who will be sampling and selling their wares.
Store Manager Tony Edge said: “We are celebrating our local food heroes and what love tastes like in a two day festival, plus all of the valentines offering provided by our in-house teams. We work with more than 60 local producers and hundreds of local products - be assured Whole Foods Market doesn’t disappoint!”
Suppliers already signed up for the Love & Local Food event include Punjaban, Seggiano, Stroud Brewery & Ugg Foods, The Raw Chocolate Co and Doble and Bignall, Landgarten , Jo Hilditch Liquers and a host of fruit and vegetable suppliers from the surrounding countryside. Both days include something for all the family with Cheltenham’s CCP’s Musical Youth Concert performing on Saturday & Sunday between 12noon and 2.00pm.
