Past, present and future have come together in Malvern after an exciting turn of events.
Malvernbard, in association with Malvern Theatres, is proud to present Colin Baker in ‘Mog Bridges’ running at Malvern Theatres from July 15 - 19.
Serving overseas in the army for many years, James Bridges entirely missed his children growing up. Divorced and now estranged from his family he hasn’t seen them for years. Now, on his somewhat solitary seventieth birthday, his son arrives to tell him that his daughter, Mog, is getting married. Is it too late to build bridges? Or might she look sweet, upon the seat, of a motor-car made for two?
Mog Bridges sees Colin Baker, well known for his many stage and screen appearances, and world famous as being the sixth incarnation of Dr Who, return to Malvern in the role of James. Colin’s stage work includes the Birmingham Repertory Theatre production of She Stoops To Conquer, the major national tour of Michael Frayn’s award winning comedy Noises Off, as the iconic Inspector Morse in House Of Ghosts, Victorian ghost story The Woman In White, and most recently in the comedy The Final Test.
From the company that brought you Elysian Fields, comes a bittersweet comedy by Malvern Theatres own Writer in Residence, Nick Wilkes.
