The Willerby Portland can accommodate up to six guests and as well as the lovely open-plan living area it includes a generous, contemporary kitchen, en-suite shower room, a practical walk-in wardrobe and some modern touches such as a Bluetooth sound system.

Whether staying with family, friends or your pets, you won’t be short on space; the proportions here are generous and that goes for the interior of the lodge and the carefully thought through outside space too.

The spacious kitchen has all the quality appliances which you would expect from a luxury lodge. You might not expect a superfast internet connection however, but the owners have thought of that as well. So if you must, you can bring work with you and at the touch of a button, switch off and revert back into holiday mode once more! You can even make the most of your Sky subscription from home with Sky Q enabled at the park.

Although rural and secluded, the location of the park offers the best of both worlds. The idyllic environment is a nature lover’s paradise with plenty of woodland walks on the doorstep. Equally, it’s close to the village of Betws yn Rhos and the Silver Birch golf club, just ten minutes from the coast and within easy reach of the A55.

Food shopping can of course be delivered to your lodge door making your holiday all the more convenient. The incredibly neat and organised kitchen will make all that unpacking, and even cooking, far less of a chore.

The brand new Willerby Portland lodge is available to purchase and ready for your first stay. The price includes all exterior decking, stylish smoked glass frontage and exterior cladding, site fees up to March 2019, siting and connection charges and local authority rates.

Unlike many parks, Nant lodges offer a 12 month license so you can enjoy your holiday home all year round. Long leases are also available. No subletting is allowed.
