Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks are a 5 star family run park & have been in family ownership since 1967. Both parks are still personally managed today by the third generation of the same family & this year they are celebrating their golden year in business.

Northcliffe Holiday Park is adjacent to Oakham Woods & Stream (a SSSI) & with the Cleveland Way Coastal Footpath bordering the park you can walk along the magnificent Heritage Coast.

And an exclusive seasonal only touring park, with a selection of pitches available ranging from standard to premium plus with desirable views. The parks are open from 1st March to 7th November.
What you’ll find on the Parks
The on-site Coast Café Bar has a fabulous seaside themed décor and a beautiful south facing outdoor terrace. The Coast café bar is independently run & is a wonderful facility offering a range of breakfasts, lunches, evening meals & a selection of delicious cakes, all served in a relaxing contemporary coastal atmosphere.
Northcliffe has two play parks for different age groups – both in a specially designated playing area as well as a separate playing field for ball games. Seaview has a tot’s play area.
Improvements & modifications are always high on the agenda & in recent years the family have continued to develop their business. A wonderful outdoor gym was installed in 2015 & appeals to all age ranges, as well as both males & females.
In 2016 the parks also introduced a wildlife walk, featuring 10 different informative wildlife boards which run through both parks, to tie in with the butterfly garden, conservation area & wild flower meadow. They also introduced a ‘Bug Hotel’ at Seaview… all of which are great ways to get the kids exploring & learning from their natural surroundings.
Situated on probably one of the best locations on the North Yorkshire Heritage Coast with breath-taking sea & countryside views.
