We have a fantastic extensive list of local suppliers who have been handpicked to provide the services you require. We have 100% confidence in our suppliers as we believe they are experts in their fields and ensure that their products are delivered perfectly to meet your needs.

The venue is hired for exclusive use, so you and your guests will be able to enjoy the tranquil surroundings all to yourself. We have an amazing light and airy preparation room, where the sun spills through the oak beamed roof, accompanied by tea and coffee making facilities, comfy seating areas and a full length mirror and dresser which offer the ideal surroundings for a bride or groom, birthday boy or girl to prepare for their big event.

The outdoor terrace area and large doors to our Acorn Room keep you cool throughout the Cheshire summer days, whilst heated stone floors, outdoor heaters, fire pits and an indoor real fire ensure the temperature is just right for you and your guests any time of year. Thanks to the new addition of an outdoor pavilion added in 2017, we are now licensed to offer indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies.

In addition to all the above we can also provide elements of the venue dressing in the cost of the venue hire. These items include: use of the fairy lights in and around the venue, the flood lights outside the venue, the bay trees, fire pits, an indoor real fire, outdoor patio furniture and much more.

With acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside surrounding our venue, we also have plenty of room for tipis, tents, bouncy castles, helicopter landings and firework displays. Here at the Oak Tree we also understand that some people’s pets are family so we are proud to be a pet-friendly venue.

We have ample free parking and an access road to the venue that can accommodate your chosen ride whether that is a vintage car, VW camper van, horse and carriage, or mini buses for large parties.

We have a fully licensed bar with our very own bar staff, and we always ensure it is well staffed for the number of guests which means waiting times for drinks are reduced. On selected dates clients may also request that we apply for an extended bar licence so they can keep the festivities going a little later into the night.

We also have some of the best award winning caterers on our books who have been chosen specifically for their great food, helpful staff and outstanding service.

They all offer tasting sessions to our clients and food ranges; from tapas, pizza and bbqs to more delicate a la carte selections. Our list of preferred caterers include Vanilla in All Seasons, Top Table, Olive Tree Catering, Su Le Bone, as well as outdoor caterers Pizza Principles who specialise in wood oven cooked freshly made pizzas, and yummy hog roasts from This Little Piggy, just to name a few.
