Party Gras brought the colour and excitement of the Brazilian carnival to Cheshire
Guests enjoyed a night of fun and dancing when ‘Party Gras’ came to Dorfold Park, Nantwich, all to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice, in its 30th anniversary year.
Sponsors included Mornflake Oats, Event Equipment Ltd, trCREATIVE, Roberts Bakery, John Pass Jewellers and Redrow Homes who organised and built the popular gin bar. More than £50,000 was raised for the hospice, which will help provide much-needed palliative care to those living in mid and south Cheshire. Something special was also released that night: a limited edition AT gin by Rodney Densem Wines, of which all profits will go to St Luke’s.
Roger Mills MBE, chairman of the Party Gras committee, commented: ‘Party Gras brought the colour and excitement of the Brazilian carnival to Cheshire.’
